on 800 Putnam St.  Alesha Miller is the stepmother of Elijah.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suspect Arrested<\/strong>: Alesha Lynn Miller, 30 years of age, from Fort Wayne<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preliminary Charges<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Aggravated Battery resulting in death<\/li>\n<li>Neglect of a Dependent resulting in death<\/li>\n<li>Neglect of a
