Negotiators tried to contact the suspect for almost two hours with no response. The Emergency Services Team eventually introduced a chemical agent into the home that finally motivated the suspect to surrender peacefully.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect is currently at the police station being questioned. The identity of the suspect, as well as any potential charges, will be released when appropriate.<\/p>\n<p>Another Email update sent February 18, 2021, at 1240 hours:<\/p>\n<p>Arrested in this Felony Level 1<\/li>\n<li>Murder &#8211; Felony Level 1<\/li>\n<li>Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><em>All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>All information is preliminary and subject to change during the course of the
