FOR BOTH SOUTH BEND AND FORT WAYNE&#8230;THIS SPRING THROUGH MAY 29TH HAS RANKED IN THE TOP FIVE WARMEST. WITH MILD TEMPERATURES CONTINUING FOR THE FINAL TWO DAYS OF MAY&#8230;THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE WILL ONLY INCH UP.
