Our heartfelt condolences and prayers for comfort go out to Marcia and the family during this difficult time. John was a true public servant and someone we had come to lean on for guidance as we made decisions impacting all of Fort Wayne and Allen County. John\u2019s dedication and contributions to the community were second to none.
