The event will begin at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday, June 1 at the Center for Integrative Medicine office, 10515 Illinois Rd.<\/p>\n<p>Polly Grismore, Prana Yoga School of Yoga and Health, will be the guest speaker. The event is free and open to the public.
