Now in its 16th year, this beloved event draws thousands of costumed participants and families for a full day of spooky, silly, and scream-worthy fun.<\/p>\n<p>The festivities begin at noon at Zombie Central, located at the Allen County Public Library Plaza. Attendees can enjoy themed activities and entertainment throughout the afternoon.
