Get Your Game Face On for Genealogy Trivia Night at Electric Works!<\/strong><\/p>\n

For Wayne, Indiana (July 11, 2025) \u2013 The Allen County Public Library\u2019s Genealogy Center, in partnership with Electric Works and Chapman\u2019s Brewing Company is bringing history to life in a whole new way with Genealogy Trivia Night on Thursday, July 24 at 7:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Hosted at Chapman\u2019s Brewing Company at Electric Works, this lively evening of trivia, cocktails, and connection is tailored for adults and young adults curious about their roots, local history, and famous family trees. The first 10 teams to register will receive free cocktail coupons, so don\u2019t wait to sign up!<\/p>\n

This quarterly event blends fun and learning with three rounds of trivia, prizes and giveaways, and the opportunity to chat with Genealogy Center staff.<\/p>\n

\u201cTrivia Night is a fun and welcoming way to connect with others while digging into the stories that make us who we are,\u201d said Allison DePrey Singleton, Genealogy Services Manager. \u201cWhether you\u2019re a trivia buff, love history, or just enjoy learning about local history, there\u2019s something here for everyone.\u201d<\/p>\n

About the Allen County Public Library<\/strong>
\nThe Allen County Public Library (ACPL) has fostered lifelong learning and discovery in northeast Indiana for more than 135 years. The ACPL consists of fourteen branches throughout Allen County, serving more than one million visitors per year. The ACPL\u2019s collection includes more than 3.9 million items, with a circulation total of 4.6 million items borrowed annually. It also houses The Genealogy Center, the nation\u2019s largest public genealogy research center, and The Rolland Center for Lincoln Research, consisting of more than 30,000 artifacts related to President Abraham Lincoln.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
