THE STORMS WILL GRADUALLY END OVERNIGHT. RADAR ESTIMATES 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER PORTIONS OF THE WARNING AREA TODAY. THIS HAS CAUSED FLASH FLOODING OVER PORTIONS OF THE AREA WITH SOME ROADS IMPASSABLE AND SOME EVACUATIONS TAKING PLACE.<\/p>\n<p>PRECAUTIONARY\/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
