Low temperatures in the 70s will provide\r\n little relief, especially for vulnerable populations.\r\n\r\nPRECAUTIONARY\/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...\r\n\r\nDrink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of\r\nthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.\r\n\r\nTake extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose\r\nfitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning\r\nor evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and\r\nheat stroke.\r\n\r\nTo reduce risk during outdoor work, the Occupational Safety and\r\nHealth Administration recommends scheduling frequent rest breaks in\r\nshaded or air conditioned environments.
