Steward was taken into custody without incident at police headquarters (1 E. Main St.) Steward was charged with Murder, Attempted Murder, Aggravated Battery (2 counts), Battery Committed with a Deadly Weapon, and Crim Reck with a Deadly Weapon. The Allen County Prosecuting Attorney&#8217;s Office assisted in this investigation.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty
