Witnesses stated a vehicle straveling south bound struck a power pole and rolled several times. On scene officers observed a single vehicle upside down and severely damage. The male adult driver, and sole occupant sustained fatal injuries and was declared deceased on scene. Speed was believed to be a factor.<\/p>\n<p>This incident remains under investigation with the Fatal Accident Crash Team and the Allen County Coroner\u2019s Office.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.<\/p>\n<p>All information is preliminary and subject to change during the
