The pedestrian did not cross at an intersection or cross walk and was transported to a local hospital in non-life threatening condition. The driver of the vehicle is cooperating with investigators. No arrest was made in this incident.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of
