Clinton St. and E. Wallen Rd. on May 5, 2025, just after 6:30 pm. Initial reports indicated a construction worker was struck by a vehicle and the vehicle left the screen of the crash. Officers arrived locating the construction worker at the intersection and the vehicle just north of the intersection. The construction worker was transported to a local a hospital and it was determined by medical professionals the worker suffered only minor injuries.<\/p>\n<p>The initial investigation indicates the vehicle was northbound on N. Clinton St. getting ready to make a left turn. The driver missed the left turn. The vehicle crossed through the intersection, crossed the center line of the roadway, and exited the west side of N. Clinton Rd. coming to a rest. It is believed the driver of the vehicle had a medical event causing the driver to no longer be in control of the vehicle which led to the construction worker being struck.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.<\/p>\n<p>All information is
