Employees at each organization were selected at random to participate in the survey. Inclusion in the top 100 list is based on favorable employee responses to questions regarding:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership and planning<\/li>\n<li>Culture and communications<\/li>\n<li>Role satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Work environment<\/li>\n<li>Relationship with supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Training and development<\/li>\n<li>Pay and benefits<\/li>\n<li>Overall satisfaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The program features comments from Mike Packnett, president and CEO Parkview Health and Debra Williams, senior VP, human resources, Parkview Health.
