    On Monday, October 28, 2024, the Fort Wayne Police Department arrested 42yo Joanna Eastes on the charges of Neglect of a Dependent (Level 6 Felony), Furnishing Property for Purpose of Enabling Minors to Consume Alcohol (Level 6 Felony) and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor (A-Misd). The criminal charges are in reference to the shooting investigation that occurred on 10\/19\/2024 in the 4900 block of Manistee Drive. The Homicide Unit conducted the criminal investigation with the assistance of the Allen County Prosecutors Office. Joanna Eastes is currently located at the Allen County Jail.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
