It was originally expected to be finished by May 14. Highway Department officials credit good weather with helping accelerate the work.<\/p>\n<p>The new three-span bridge totaling 60 and a-half feet in length is located over the Seegar Ditch between Flaugh and O&#8217;Day Roads.<\/p>\n<p>R.L. McCoy, Inc. of Columbia City was awarded the project after submitting the low bid of $397,000.
