Today, the University of Saint Francis announced that 97% of its 2020 graduates are employed, enrolled in additional education, or serving in the service\/military.<\/p>\n

USF achieves high post-graduate success rate<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fort Wayne, Indiana (June 1, 2021) \u2013 The University of Saint Francis proudly announces 97% of its 2020 graduates are employed, enrolled in additional education, or serving in the service\/military. The Class of 2020 career success rate ranks second highest in university history.<\/p>\n

The Career Outcomes study included 88% of the Class of 2020 graduates, with 546 of 621 graduates responding. Of those, 81% are employed and 16% are enrolled in additional education.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur strong career success rate reflects the quality instruction at USF and the driven nature of our graduates,\u201d USF President Rev. Dr. Eric Albert Zimmer said. \u201cThese students achieved their success during a particularly difficult time, with their final semesters disrupted by the onset of COVID-19. We applaud these alumni for their dedicated work and success.\u201d<\/p>\n

Top employers of the Class of 2020 include Parkview Health, Franciscan Health, Lutheran Health Network, IU Health, Sweetwater, Community Healthcare System, Fort Wayne Community Schools, the Bowen Center, University of Saint Francis, Adams Memorial Hospital and Alverno Laboratories. Additionally, 84% of employed 2020 graduates are working in Indiana.<\/p>\n

Of the 442 Class of 2020 graduates reporting a post-graduation outcome of employment, job titles include 173 health diagnosing\/treating practitioners, 31 preschool, primary, secondary, and special education teachers, 24 health technologists, and 21 counselors, social workers, or social service specialists. Other areas with multiple USF graduates include business operation specialists, financial specialists, operation specialties managers, top executives, and art or design workers. Eighty-five percent of 2020 graduates enrolled in continuing education are studying health professions, business, education or psychology.<\/p>\n

\nFounded in 1890 in the Catholic Franciscan tradition, the University of Saint Francis offers more than 60 undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs through the College of Health Sciences, College of Arts, Sciences, and Business and College of Adult and Distance Education. In addition to its traditional programs, USF designs focused curricula for working adults in Fort Wayne, Crown Point and online. USF Downtown houses the university\u2019s business and music technology programs while offering enhanced internship and networking opportunities for students.
