Originally the dispatched call came in as an EMS run at the 2700 block of Millbrook Drive.  After further investigation and results of an autopsy, it was determined that the child died from blunt force injuries of the chest.  An arrest has been made in this investigation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arrested<\/strong>: Shaquille Rowe, 27 year old, male black<br \/>\n<strong>Preliminary Charges<\/strong>: Battery to a minor causing death; Neglect of a dependent resulting in death<\/p>\n<p>This is an on-going investigation being conducted by the Fort Wayne Police Department, Allen County Coroners Offices, and the Allen County Prosecutor\u2019s Office.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>An email update sent on May 20, 2021, at 1427 hours:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The suspect in the 2700 block Millbrook DR. homicide, Shaquille Rowe has been arrested.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Preliminary charges<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Murder &#8211; Felony Level 1<\/li>\n<li>Aggravated Battery<\/li>\n<li>Battery to a minor causing death<\/li>\n<li>Neglect of a dependent resulting in death<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The suspect, Shaquille Rowe bonded out on previous charges (Battery to a minor causing death and Neglect of a dependent resulting in death) but was
