Carpenter previously served as CEO for BridgeCare, LLC and was president and CEO of Dayton Heart Hospital in Ohio. He earned his bachelor&#8217;s and master&#8217;s degrees from Columbia Pacific University and has a graduate certificate in corporate governance from Tulane University Law School.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are pleased to have a proven leader join our team to assist us in our commitment to providing excellent cardiovascular care,&#8221; said Sue Ehinger, chief operating officer, Parkview Hospital. &#8220;With Chad&#8217;s leadership and experience, we look forward to enhancing services and implementing programs aimed at patient-centered care.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Highlights of Parkview Heart Institute services:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heart catheterization<\/li>\n<li>Diagnostic radiology<\/li>\n<li>Echocardiography\/stress testing\/nuclear medicine<\/li>\n<li>Electron beam tomography (EBT)<\/li>\n<li>Electrophysiology studies<\/li>\n<li>Anti-coagulant therapy<\/li>\n<li>Pacemaker and intra-cardiac, defibrillation<\/li>\n<li>Complex peripheral interventions<\/li>\n<li>Screenings, wellness services and education programming<\/li>\n<li>Research education<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Parkview is a leader in cardiac care. Parkview was recently rated best in overall cardiac care and cardiac surgery in the Fort Wayne region by HealthGrades for 2010.<\/p>\n<p>In August 2009, Parkview was presented with the American Heart Association&#8217;s Get With The Guidelines-Coronary Artery Disease (GWTG-CAD) Gold Performance Achievement Award.
