SNOW ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO OVERSPREAD THE AREA LATE TONIGHT AND TUESDAY. THE SNOW IS LIKELY TO BECOME HEAVY TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT WITH BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW DEVELOPING AS WINDS INCREASE. NEAR BLIZZARD CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE BY WEDNESDAY WITH WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH GUSTING TO 40 MPH.
