On 12/20/2024 at approx. 06:57 hrs. the Fort Wayne Police Dept. Vice and Narcotics Division along with the Emergency Services Team (SWAT) and the Gang and Violent Crimes Unit served a search warrant at 712 Russell in Fort Wayne. This warrant was the result of a several month investigation and the following individuals were arrested:

- Dealing Cocaine or Narcotic Drug (Fentanyl)
- Possession of Cocaine
- Maintaining a Common Nuisance
- Possession of Paraphernalia
Trisha Frazier, f/w 36
- Neglect of a Dependent
- Possession of Paraphernalia (syringe)
Various amounts of the following narcotics were located during the search:
- Fentanyl
- Methamphetamine
- Cocaine
