On November 5, 2024, Devonte Travier 30yo was arrested on a Warrant for Murder, Dealing Methamphetamine, Resisting Law Enforcement and Obstruction of Justice, and he was taken into custody without incident in the 3800 block of Wayne Trace. This warrant arrest was in reference to the homicide investigation of Diasha Fitts 39yo that occurred in the area of Winchester Rd and Airport Expressway on 02/19/2023. Travier is currently confined at the Allen County Lockup. FWPD Homicide Detectives were assisted on this investigation by Vice/Narcotics Division, Aerial Support Unit, FWPD Uniform Officers and Allen County Police Warrants.
