Celebrate the 40th Annual Festival of Trees This Holiday Season
Tree sponsorships still available

Fort Wayne, Indiana (September 11, 2024) – The Festival of Trees is one of the region’s most anticipated holiday traditions, and the Embassy Theatre is thrilled to formally announce that it will host the 40th annual Festival of Trees from Wednesday, November 27 through Wednesday, December 4. Ambassador Enterprises has returned as the event’s title sponsor.

Founded in 1984, the Festival of Trees supports ongoing operational and restoration efforts for the Embassy Theatre Foundation. The festival is the organization’s largest annual fundraiser. Last year’s event included 67 lavishly decorated trees and saw over 25,000 visitors.

The annual traditions at the festival continue in 2024 as it celebrates four decades in this community. Lobbies of the Embassy Theatre and former Indiana Hotel will transform into a wonderland of decorated trees of various sizes, shapes and a broad array of themes. Admission includes visits with Santa (various dates and times) and entertainment on stage including the Grande Page pipe organ as well as youth choirs, dance performances and more.

Breakfast with Santa is a community favorite and will take place Friday and Saturday of the festival. Cost for the breakfast will be $30 per person (reservation required, very limited seating). Breakfast with Santa is sponsored by Steel Dynamics.

Tickets go on sale for the Festival of Trees and Breakfast with Santa on Friday, October 4 at 10 a.m.

The Embassy is still accepting tree sponsorships through Wednesday, October 23. If you are interested in sponsoring a tree, please reach out to Stephanie Carlson, grants and sponsorships director, at stephanie@fwembassytheatre.org or at 260.247.6076.

In addition, members of the community who wish to be involved in tree decoration should contact Brittneay King-Pope, special events director, at brittneay@fwembassytheatre.org or at 260.247.9384.

Ticket pricing will remain the same as 2023: $10/adult (13+ years), $5/youth ages 1-12, and children under 1 year old are free (a ticket is still required for entry to determine an accurate visitor count).
