Resolution 2024-34: Declaratory Resolution for Amendment lll to the Riverfront l Columbia Street Redevelopment Project Area and Economic Development Area
Resolution 2024-35: Approving and Authorizing the Execution of an Economic Development Agreement for a new project in the City of Fort Wayne to be undertaken by the Model Group, Inc.
Resolution 2024-36: Approving a pledge of Tax Increment revenues to the payment of Economic Development revenue bonds in connection with an Economic Development project to be undertaken by the Model Group, LLC- OTHER BUSINESS
