On June 24th, 2023 the Fort Wayne Police Department received a rape complaint from a victim that occurred at an unknown location within the city limits of Fort Wayne. Detective Jean Gigli of the Crimes Against Persons Unit (CAPS), was assigned to the investigation. During the investigation, Detective Gigli identified the suspects as Elder Andres Quevedo-Rosales and Selvin Ronaldo Perez-Munoz. Yesterday, officers of the Fort Wayne Police Department apprehended both men. They were subsequently transported to the Allen County Jail. Both are preliminarily charged with Rape, a level three (3) felony. Also involved in the investigations were the staff and personnel from the Indiana State Police and the sexual assault treatment center (SATC). We extend our sincere thanks for their work and dedication in assisting the victims of sexual violence in the city of Fort Wayne.
