Details/Summary

On today’s date, an adult female visited a business in the 5200 Block of South Calhoun Street. While browsing in one of the aisles, a male, later identified as Mae Ra Hin, walked up behind her and grabbed her breast(s) and sex organs over her clothing. The female fought with the alleged defendant telling him no. Undeterred, the alleged defendant grabbed the female’s breast(s) again. She then ran to the cashier asking for them to contact the police. FWPD Officer Aaron Bloomfield responded. He located a male matching the description provided by the female and detained him. The female positively identified the alleged defendant as the person responsible for touching her as alleged. Detective Jean Gigli, an investigator with the FWPD Crimes Against Persons Section (CAPS), was assigned to the case. The alleged defendant was arrested for Sexual Battery and transported to the Allen County Jail.
