The FWPD Homicide and Cold Case Unit is announcing the clearance of the 2012 Homicide of Robert Jackson Jr. Robert Jackson Jr. who was shot and killed on July 24, 2012, in the 3900 block of Wayne Trace Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Fort Wayne, Indiana (July 23, 2024) – The Fort Wayne Police Department, Homicide and Cold Case Unit is announcing the clearance of the 2012 Homicide of Robert Jackson Jr. Robert Jackson Jr. was shot and killed on July 24, 2012, in the 3900 block of Wayne Trace Fort Wayne, In.
During the investigation it was discovered that Robert was killed by Emmanuel D Freeman, aka: E Streets. Emmanuel D Freeman was killed in June 2016. Detectives conducted countless interviews and referred the case to the Allen County Prosecutors Office for review.
Detectives and the Allen County Prosecutors Office advised that if Emmanuel D Freeman was not deceased that he would be arrested and prosecuted for the Murder of Robert Jackson Jr.
