The start of August looks to favor the return of heat, humidity, and dry conditions according to the Climate Prediction Center.

The 6 to 10-day outlook from the National Weather Service for Fort Wayne, Indiana:

First week of August: hot and dry
6-10 day outlook favors above normal temperatures and below normal precipitation

Fort Wayne, Indiana (July 29, 2022) – The start of August looks to favor the return of heat, humidity, and dry conditions. For the 6-10 day range, from August 3rd to August 7th, the Climate Prediction Center is forecasting a greater than an 80% chance that our forecast area will see above-normal temperatures. Conditions are favored to be drier during this timeframe as well.
