The impending winter storm has closed City offices for the next two days but, the City Utilities call center will remain open during regular business hours this week.

Customer Call Center Remains Open During Winter Storm
Fort Wayne, Indiana (February 1, 2022) – While the impending winter storm has closed City offices for the next two days, the City Utilities call center will remain open during regular business hours this week.
Customers can call 427-1234 weekdays between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.to speak with Customer Support Representatives to assist with payment options or take payments by phone.
Additionally, customers can make payments via the web at https://utilities.cityoffortwayne.org/ by using a credit card, E-check, Amazon Pay, Paypal, or Venmo.
Payments made via phone or online will post immediately to a customer account.
