The Fort Wayne Police Department reports that Bank Robbery suspect Bart Brandon Ely has been arrested and is in an Ohio hospital.
The suspect of the Old National Bank robbery at 6430 West Jefferson Boulevard on June 17, 2021, Bart Brandon Ely, 49 years of age, from Ohio City, Ohio is currently detained in Ohio. He is in life-threatening condition in ICU in an Ohio hospital due to self-inflicted injuries. Local charges are pending.
