Canterbury School’s Ishan Ramrakhiani (13, Grade 7) has advanced to the Scripps National Spelling Bee Semifinals.

Fort Wayne, Indiana (June 16, 2021) – Canterbury School’s Ishan Ramrakhiani (13, Grade 7) has advanced to the Scripps National Spelling Bee Semifinals. He is in the top 30 of more than 200 spellers from around the world, and is the only remaining speller from the state of Indiana.

Spellers have competed virtually in the Preliminaries and Quarterfinals, and will compete virtually in the Semifinals on June 27, 2021, with the top 10-12 advancing to the Finals in Orlando on July 8, 2021.
