Details:
On Wednesday, 05/05/2021, at approximately 12:58 AM, the City of Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the 1200 block of St. Marys Avenue reference an unknown problem. A female caller told dispatch she arrived at her boyfriend’s apartment and found him unconscious on the floor. Paramedics pronounced the male/adult victim deceased at the scene. Homicide Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators were summoned to assist in this death investigation.
The Allen County Coroner’s Office will release the deceased identity along with the cause and manner of death. This incident remains under investigation by the City of Fort Wayne Police Department, the Allen County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, and the Allen County Coroner’s Office.
