The Fort Wayne Fire Department was called to a car and mobile home fire in the 2220 block of Dunkelberg Road on April 17, 2021, at 3:12 am. Upon arrival, firefighters found that the car fire had spread to the mobile home at the address.
All occupants evacuated the home while additional units were called to assist.
The structure received moderate fire and water damage along with heavy smoke damage throughout the home.
Investigators are on the scene.
No injuries were reported.
The Fort Wayne Fire Department was assisted by the Fort Wayne Police Department, the Three Rivers Ambulance Authority, NIPSCO, Indiana Michigan Power, and the City of Fort Wayne’s Neighborhood Code Enforcement.
