- Resolution 2021-07 Approving a Public Infrastructure Reimbursement Agreement for Lutheran Downtown Hospital.
- Resolution 2021-08 Approving funds for Calendar Year 2021 Capital Improvements at Parkview Field.
- Resolution 2021-09 Approving the refunding of the Fort Wayne Redevelopment Authority Lease Rental Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2012, relating to the Grand Wayne Center Project, authorizing the execution of an amendment to the lease relating thereto, and certain related matters.
- Resolution 2021-10 Approving the refunding of the Fort Wayne Redevelopment Authority Lease Rental Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2014 (Harrison Square Project), relating to the Harrison Square Project, authorizing the execution of an amendment to the lease relating thereto, and certain related matters.
- Resolution 2021-11 Approving the refunding of the Fort Wayne Redevelopment Authority Lease Rental Revenue Refunding Bonds of 2014, relating to the Ash Parking Structure Project, authorizing the execution of an amendment to the least relating thereto, and certain related matters.
- Resolution 2021-12 Approving funds for a change order to the construction contract for the St. Joe Center – Wheelock Road Trail.
- Resolution 2021-13 Approving reimbursement to City Utilities Engineering for design of Phase III Stormwater Improvements on Ardmore Avenue.
