Looking east on Wayne Street near the Wayne/Harrison Streets intersection in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana. At 1:00 pm, Fort Wayne’s primary roads were slush-covered while secondary roads were snow-covered. Slippery conditions were the norm throughout the downtown area.
