Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation Programs Change Due To Weather

Fort Wayne, Indiana (February 15, 2021) – The following events and programs are changing due to weather conditions:

  • Community Youth Center Programs (Cooper Center, Jennings Center, McMillen Community Center, and Weisser Park Center) will be held virtually on Monday, February 15 and if Fort Wayne Community School buildings are closed, the programs will be virtual on Tuesday, February 16 as well.
  • Downtown Community Center programs are cancelled for the evening of Monday, February 15. Daytime programming is cancelled for Tuesday, February 16 and the building will be closed. The decision for Tuesday evening 4:30 pm – 8 pm will be announced by 1 pm tomorrow. Check the Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation website FortWayneParks.org or the Parks and Recreation social media for updates throughout Tuesday.
  • Pickleball at McMillen Park Community Center is cancelled for Tuesday, February 16.
