Nicole Keesling, Announcing Campaign for Allen County Recorder

Allen County, Indiana (February 11, 2021) – Nicole Keesling and her campaign team are proud to announce that Keesling will be running as a Republican candidate for Allen County Recorder in the 2022 election cycle. Keesling’s campaign is being chaired by County Councilman Joel Benz.

Keesling’s campaign platform includes continuing the office’s fiscal independence and informing the public about the role of the Recorder’s office and the resources available to citizens. “Currently the Allen County Recorder’s office is the only county office that is self funded and I pledge that if I become Recorder this will continue to be the case. Additionally,I look forward to using my candidacy to educate people about the Recorder’s Office and its importance,” says Keesling.

Due to term limits, current Allen County Recorder Anita Mather is unable to run and is endorsing Keesling. Mather said “Nicole will do a great job as the next Allen County Recorder. She understands the importance of maintaining the integrity of the county’s records and is always willing to go the extra mile for constituents.”

Keesling is currently a Records Controller at the Allen County Recorder’s Office. Previously she worked as a scheduler for Congressman Jim Banks. Keesling is a member of the Board of Directors for AVOW, Advancing Voices Of Women, a board member and the Events Chair for the Northeast Indiana Base Community Council, and the Fort Wayne City Council appointee to the Mayor’s Commission on Domestic Violence, Sexual Harassment, and Rape.
