Mayor Henry’s State of the City Address to be held February 10
Fort Wayne, Indiana (February 8, 2021) – Fort Wayne Mayor Tom Henry will deliver his 2021 State of the City Address at noon on Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2021, at the Grand Wayne Center, 120 W. Jefferson Blvd.
Due to COVID-19, the event won’t be open to the public. Media and essential City of Fort Wayne staff members will be in attendance to assist with the production of the event.
Mayor Henry will discuss the ongoing effects of COVID-19 and the City of Fort Wayne’s continued response to the pandemic. In addition, Mayor Henry will highlight successes in 2020 and look ahead to plans for 2021. The theme for this year’s speech is “Fort Wayne – It’s Our Time.”
WANE 15 News, WPTA ABC 21 and Fort Wayne’s NBC will air the speech live. The speech will also be carried live on the City of Fort Wayne’s Facebook page.
