House fire on Rudisill Boulevard
FORT WAYNE INDIANA (December 30, 2020) – Fort Wayne Fire Department units were called to a possible house fire on Rudisill Boulevard this morning at 11:05 am. Upon arrival, crews found smoke coming from windows on the second story.
There were two victims in the house who were immediately rescued. Crews then located a fire in a bedroom on the second story and extinguished it. One victim was transported to the hospital for evaluation in good condition. The other victim did not require transport.
The FWFD was assisted by FWPD, TRAA, NIPSCO, and Neighborhood Code. There were no injuries to firefighting personnel.
