News release from Fort Wayne Community Schools:

FWCS Closes offices March 23-April 10, Schools Closed Through May 1

(March 19, 2020) – Fort Wayne Community Schools will close all offices March 23-April 10, and schools will be closed through May 1, following Gov. Eric Holcomb’s announcement today.

Gov. Holcomb’s announcement means the soonest students might return is Monday, May 4.

From March 23-April 10 all FWCS buildings will be closed with administrative and central office staff working from home. We will continue serving breakfast and lunch as the elementary schools daily from 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
