Felony Arrest

Suspect: Nathan Stumpff DOB 10-10-1996 M/B/
Charges: Aggravated Battery, Criminal Recklessness and Possession of a Handgun without a Permit
Details:
Fort Wayne Homicide Detectives along with Gang, Narcotic and EST arrested Nathan Stumpff of Fort Wayne this afternoon around 1:45pm at BottleWorks Apts 1631 E Pontiac without incident. Stumpff was the suspect in the shooting last night of Louis Rachel III M/29 on Shadybrook Dr around 10pm.
Rachel was shot last night after a disturbance on Shadybrook and was taken to the hospital where he was listed as having life threatening injuries. He is still in the hospital receiving treatment.
Stumpff will be arraigned Monday morning in Allen Superior Court on charges of Aggravated Battery, Criminal Recklessness and Possession of a Handgun without a Permit.
