(February 13, 2020) – Sweetwater is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Ostermann into a newly-established role as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer. In this role, Ostermann will be responsible for providing leadership to Sweetwater’s Human Resources group while also developing new ways for the company to invest in the growth of its team members to further its unique and industry-leading culture.

“I’m very excited to step into this new role,” said Ostermann. “I look forward to building on Sweetwater’s already excellent reputation and the many ways we support our more than 1700 team members – from a world-class campus with unique amenities like employee concierge service and free on-site medical clinic to ongoing training and leadership development opportunities.”
