Latest update as of 11:49 AM: West Jefferson Boulevard is closed between Van Buren Street and the Main Street cutoff.
The accident occurred at the split of the two at Swinney Park and drivers should use Main Street to avoid the area. The stretch of street will be closed for at least the next hour or two as police investigate.
