Today’s weather story from the National Weather Service:

Stormy pattern continues
Isolated severe storms possible into tonight

  • Scattered showers and thunderstorms possible
  • A few of the stronger storms could produce gusty winds to near 60 mph as well as heavy rainfall
  • Highs will vary greatly from the lower 60s near Lake Michigan to lower 80s southeast of a Marion to Defiance Ohio line

  • Showers/thunderstorms likely to move in from the west this evening
  • Isolated strong to severe storms possible again
  • Lows from the low 50s to low 60s

(May 28, 2019) – Weather conditions will remain unsettled for those areas cleaning up after yesterday’s severe storms. Unfortunately, the risk for additional severe storms does exist this afternoon and tonight. However, atmospheric conditions are NOT the same as yesterday with only a chance that some storms could produce gusty winds, small hail and additional heavy rain. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible into this afternoon with better chances for showers and storms tonight.
