Details:
On May 9, 2019, US Marshalls apprehended James Dodson on a Murder and Criminal Recklessness warrant issued by the Fort Wayne Police Department. Dodson was wanted in connection with the murder of Michael E. Lovett Jr. on April 9, 2019, at 1718 Lake Avenue. Marshalls received information that Dodson was in an apartment in Starkville, Mississippi and proceeded to that location where Dodson was taken into custody without incident. He is currently being held for extradition back to Fort Wayne where he will face charges.
