Three Rivers Festival Announces 50th Anniversary Parade Theme
2018 Parade Theme: “Golden Celebration- Fifty Years of Fun!”

(November 30, 2018) – The Three Rivers Festival is thrilled to announce the theme of the 2018 Lutheran Health Network Three Rivers Festival Parade, “Golden Celebration – 50 Years of Fun!”
Each July, more than 50,000 of our closest friends and neighbors line the streets of downtown Fort Wayne to witness the floats, hear the bands, and celebrate our community at the official kickoff to the Three Rivers Festival. This year’s theme commemorates the Festival’s Golden Anniversary by creating a parade that showcases FUN things to do in Fort Wayne. From a visit to the Zoo to a walk in one of our beautiful parks, or even a baseball game downtown, there is always so much to do! Fort Wayne is a vibrant and thriving city full of inspiring places and events to celebrate.
“For 50 years, we have had the honor of celebrating the best that our city has to offer,” said Jack Hammer, Executive Director. “We are inspired by our past and excited for what our future holds.”
Parade organizers are looking forward to a fantastic parade celebration. This year, focus is being placed on ensuring the parade is exciting for people of all ages.
The Lutheran Health Network Three Rivers Festival Parade will take place on Saturday, July 14 at 10:00am.
