SIRVA announces Fort Wayne Office Relocation
(April 19, 2017) — SIRVA Inc., an industry-leading global relocation and moving services provider, announced it is relocating its Fort Wayne, IN office which houses its moving operations for its Allied and NorthAmerican van line brands.
SIRVA signed a lease to occupy 63,000 square feet of office space on six floors in the Indiana Michigan Power Center at 110 East Wayne Street in downtown Fort Wayne and plans to relocate to the space in October 2017. SIRVA’s move is another sign of the economic revitalization and resurgence in downtown Fort Wayne.
The move is part of a company-wide initiative to upgrade key office locations to enhance the experience of employees, van line agents and client companies. The Fort Wayne office is home to approximately 400 employees servicing the moving business.

The new location is about six miles from the current facility. It is centrally located to many amenities including gyms, restaurants, hotels and meeting space and features garage parking with a covered walkway to the building.
SIRVA’s moving operations has occupied the office facility at 5001 US Highway 30 West since 1978. “Rather than remodel our current facility, leasing a new facility will enable us to more efficiently manage fixed costs and prioritize funds to align with our growth goals,” said Coolidge.
