Update from the Fort Wayne Police Department:
Critical Injury Accident
(March 28, 2017) – I have talked to an investigator and he has informed me that the updated condition of the bicyclist is critical. Investigators are still trying to determine the cause or circumstances are surrounding this incident. Name of the victim is not being released at this time. The investigation continues.
