News release from the Fort Wayne Police Department:
Narcotics Related Search Warrant Service
On March 2, 2017, shortly after 8:00 p.m. Detectives of the Fort Wayne Police Department Vice and Narcotics Division and the Emergency Services Team served two separate narcotics search warrants. These warrants were part of the same overall investigation. The first warrant was served in the 3600 block of Ferndale Drive. Brian Stacy and Samantha Yoquelet were taken into custody at this scene. During the search detectives located over 9 pounds of marijuana, over 3 grams of Heroin and over $600 in cash.
The second warrant was served in the 3200 block of Portage Blvd. Louis Simmons was taken into custody at this scene. During the search of this residence, detectives located less than a gram of heroin, over 30 grams of marijuana and $1800 was recovered.

- Dealing in Cocaine or Narcotic Drug (Felony) – 4 counts
- Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug (Felony)
- Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Felony)
- Dealing in Marijuana (Felony)
2. Samantha D. Yoquelet – Adult/female
- Dealing in Cocaine or Narcotic Drug (Felony) – 4 counts
- Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug (Felony)
- Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Felony)
- Dealing in Marijuana (Felony)
3. Louis Simmons -Adult/male
- Dealing in Cocaine or Narcotic Drug (Felony)
- Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug (Felony)
- Possession of Marijuana (Felony)
- Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Felony)
