Tonight’s weather story from the National Weather Service:
Cold temperatures return tomorrow with some light snow
(February 7, 2017) – Scattered showers this afternoon will slowly end from west to east. A cold front will push through the area tonight dropping temperatures down into the upper 20s to lower 30s.
Cold with temperatures in the lower 30s on Wednesday and snow showers on and off throughout the day. General accumulations less than an inch with some spots primarily south and east of U.S 24 receiving between 1 and 2 inches of snow.
Cold air remains in place on Thursday as highs will stay in the 20s.
A gradual warmup in temperatures as we head into this weekend and by Saturday temperatures will near 50 degrees.
